Founded by Sharlene Daly, a passionate advocate for wellness and strength from within, the studio offers a unique blend of heated, low impact, high reward movement that supports flexibility, strength, and mental clarity.

Since opening in late 2024, Hot Pilates has built a loyal and fast growing community drawn to its distinctive environment, empowering instruction, and results driven approach. With national recognition as HiStyle’s Rising Entrepreneur of the Year 2025, Sharlene is on a mission to bring premium, accessible wellness experiences to Ireland, while connecting with other female led and forward thinking Irish businesses, alongside her other side hustle, Instructor Circle, for other instructors also.
