TLC certified gluten-free food range
One day, not too long ago, in a very near land, the chefs at TLC examined their recipes. They discovered how adaptable the TLC Foods range dishes are. By making a few small tweaks the food range would be accessible to those with coeliac disease and those with gluten intolerance. Excitement built, and with the logistics of the manufacturing base, it was feasible to divide the workspace into two separate units. The gluten-free kitchen was born, and this is where Tadhg and Dave spend all their time now!
The dishes went for lab testing. Last week the results came back from a food testing laboratory. The dishes supplied for food testing were all classified as gluten-free. Some of these include:

TLC is excited to announce the opening of an artisan bakery and gluten-free store in the coming weeks. Situated in Ballinhassig, just a six miniute drive from Bishopstown and right beside TLC’s dedicated gluten-free kitchen.
Their soon to open shop is not yet fully stocked with all the gluten-free and not gluten-free goodies they are going to offer the customer however, the above dishes are always available from their kitchen in Ballinhassig. TLC are also Love Irish Food certified, to give you peace of mind that you are buying local when possible.
