Founded by designer Diane Wisdom and her husband James, Little Heirloom is a small, art-led Irish business. Personal, thoughtful, and made to last, the brand was inspired by life with their own two little artists; their wobbly lines, wild colours, and joyful scribbles showed Diane and James the beauty and magic in children’s creativity. Little Heirloom transforms these everyday marks, doodles, handwritten notes, and even old recipes into objects that can be held, used, and treasured – bringing artwork off the fridge and into your hands. Little Heirloom is proud to partner with LauraLynn Ireland’s Children’s Hospice. To date, more than €12,000 has been donated by this small business to help children with life-limiting conditions and their families. “Little Heirloom feels very full-circle for me personally,” says Diane. “I’ve been incredibly artistic all of my life, and my work as a designer has always been about seeing beauty in the little details. Our two young children inspire so much of what we do, and they showed us just how precious and magical even the simplest doodles can be.”
She adds: “I wanted to find a way to capture that magic – to turn those everyday, family moments into keepsakes you can hold, use, and treasure forever. That’s how this new chapter began: transforming children’s artwork into beautiful and usable gifts for families just like ours.”
