The Roast Club, The Grill Room’s special Sunday lunch offering completely turns the traditional expectations of a Sunday Roast on its head. This elevated experience combines three premium Irish meats that are perfect for sharing between two, without having to sacrifice on the very best quality or choice. This delectable trio includes a pan-fried Quigley’s Angus steak with grilled asparagus, a rack and shoulder of Quigley’s lamb with shallot and thyme stuffing and a roast supreme of Irish chicken with foie gras duxelles. The sharing board is perfectly paired with delicious sides of truffle pomme purée, honey-glazed local carrots, pont neuf potato, red wine jus and béarnaise sauce.
