This elevated experience combines three premium Irish meats that are perfect for sharing between two, without having to sacrifice on the very best quality or choice. This delectable trio includes a pan-fried Quigley’s Angus steak with grilled asparagus, a rack and shoulder of Quigley’s lamb with shallot and thyme stuffing and a roast supreme of Irish chicken with foie gras duxelles. The sharing board is perfectly paired with delicious sides of truffle pomme purée, honey-glazed local carrots, pont neuf potato, red wine jus and béarnaise sauce.
