Tuesday, 24th September: Workshop on Finance for Company Directors
This workshop will provide an understanding of company accounts, evaluating financial performance, and the right questions to ask as a company director. It will be presented by Caroline Kirrane, Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder, who has over a decade of experience working in financial markets.

Tuesday 8th October: Workshop on Culture is Key – Protecting Your Reputation and Managing Cultural Risk Factors
This workshop will be presented by Ros O’Shea, Partner, Acorn Governance Solutions. Ros also runs programmes on governance topics for the UCD Smurfit Graduate School of Business and she is also author of the book ‘Leading with Integrity – a Practical Guide to Business Ethics’.

This workshop will be presented by Dr Simon Haslam, who has over 20 years’ experience as a strategy consultant. He is Programme Lead for Strategy at the Institute of Directors, and o-owns Glasgow-based FMR Research Ltd. His clients include award winning public, private and third sector organisations.
