Cork Chamber of Commerce has signed a two-year contract with Spearline to use their General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance software solution, Spearline Data Protection – Managed Service. Conor Healy, Chief Executive and Naoimh Frawley, Data Protection Officer of Cork Chamber of Commerce met with Ciara Lucy, Managing Director of Spearline and Kevin Buckley, CEO of Spearline to make the formal agreement on Wednesday June 27 at Cork Chamber HQ in Fitzgerald House, Cork.
The Managed Services aspect is a dedicated account manager who will take the business step by step through their compliance journey in conjunction with the use of Spearline Data Protection, saving the company time and budget in staff training and recruitment.

The requirement to become GDPR compliant has presented challenges for many companies right across Ireland not least SMEs, including ourselves.
