Cork County Council is encouraging members of the public to attend a Public Information Event tomorrow for the Mallow Castle Park, Mallow Town Park and Spa House Amenity and Visitor Destination Development.
This information event which takes place tomorrow, Thursday, June 20 from 3pm to 8pm in the Hibernian Hotel Mallow will show the emerging plans while inviting comments and observations.
Cork County Council is currently developing frameworks plans for the future development of the gardens and historic landscape at Mallow Castle together with the main public spaces at Mallow Town Park and Spa House Park.
The works are intended to connect these three amenities with each other and integrate them into the townscape. This will allow for the development of Mallow Castle Park, Mallow Town Park and Spa House Amenity and Visitor Destination Development into an exceptional tourism destination and local amenity for the North Cork region.
Mayor of the County of Cork Councillor Christopher O’Sullivan is encouraging everyone with an interest to attend this meeting:
