The company strives to research and seek out the best suppliers from around the world with which to build trusted business relationships. “We work with a wide range of trusted suppliers to bring you the best selection of access equipment available on the market.”
Manlift Hire Ltd was formed in 1994 by its Managing Director, Frank Delany, who has over 40 years’ experience in the mobile access industry. Since its establishment, Manlift Hire have committed themselves to providing you with the most efficient and effective solution to your access requirements. The company and the team are so confident in the results that they produce that they offer consultations, advice and site surveys free of charge.
The skilled and highly qualified team also provide MEWP service, inspection and repairs for a variety of industries across Ireland and the UK. “Our experienced service engineers have vast knowledge in all types of MEWP equipment. We offer 24-hour, seven days a week, comprehensive service back-up and assistance is always just a call away.”
Manlift Hire stocks a vast array of parts for all types of access platforms across a multitude of manufacturers, including Snorkel, Barin, CMC Aerial Platforms, DL Dingli, Genie and Haulotte, to name just a few, ensuring you get top quality parts, as well as top quality service.
The company’s dedicated MEWP training centre is equipped with full facilities to comply with health and safety regulations and an expert level of training can be provided in-house or onsite at your establishment. Courses are held on an ongoing basis and include theory and practical modules before certification can be awarded, so you know your employees will leave with an enviable education, as well as a qualification.
Theoretical education on MEWPs addresses legislation, as well as the inner workings of various machines. Students can acquire certification across multiple categories of MEWP and take full advantage of the audio-visual facilities for their learning.
On a more practical and hands-on level, students are put through their paces and taken through pre-start checks, various machine controls and functions, and finally, practical tests.
“On completion, trainees will have the confidence to operate individually. Our certification is valid for a period of three years. On its expiry, a refresher course is required.”
This “local company with a big reach” is building on its own success and hoping to elevate new customers in Dublin and across the UK within the next 12 months, no doubt expanding its team along the way. Watch this space!
