Holy Smoke BBQ Restaurant opens Cork Jazz Festival with an exquisite steaks & whiskey tasting event on the backdrop of the best of local Jazz! From Tomahawk to Flat Iron and Sirloin to Picanha, Holy Smoke renowned Pitmasters John Relihan & Decky Walsh will cook local beef cuts over fire and the guests get to taste them all with the perfectly paired selection of four Irish Whiskeys from the Jameson distillery, presented by Gerard Garland, Irish Whiskey Ambassador with 16 years’ experience in the Drink Industry, and complimented by live Jazz a brilliant local jazz band Riff Raft to complete the experience.
During the evening, the guests will learn about Cereal, Brewing, Distillation, and Maturation of each of the whiskeys and get to try each of the four finest expertly paired meat cuts prepared by Holy Smoke’s pitmasters over open fire, on a backdrop of live Jazz music.
