Harry McCullagh set up McCullagh Wall Solicitors with Adrian Wall in 2014, having previously founded and managed his own general practice. Harry and Adrian developed an excellent commercial offering to their clients during their four-year partnership and Harry will take this experience forward in his new firm. Harry originally qualified in 1995 and has practiced as a solicitor for over 23 years. He also holds a Diploma from the Law Society of Ireland in Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring and is an Accredited Mediator.
He has handled a significant volume of commercial litigation over the years. Many of his cases have been contested in the Superior Courts of Ireland with an excellent outcome for clients. Harry is hugely experienced in all aspects of commercial property, including development, construction, property finance and commercial landlord and tenant. Harry has also advised clients in the construction sector at each phase of property development projects, from land acquisition through to the sale of newly constructed properties.
Commenting on the announcement, Harry McCullagh said: “After four successful years under the McCullagh Wall brand, the time has come to embark on the next phase of our development. This is a really exciting time for me and my experienced team and we are looking forward to announcing further positive developments in the months ahead.”
