Recently, Cornstore Cork won The Cork Restaurant of the Year 2018 at our very own The Rémy Martin Cork Business Awards 2018! This title is awarded to a restaurant serving up the very best in food and going above and beyond in customer service. While always hotly contended, Cornstore Cork conquered this category.

The team celebrated their win with lots of champagne and are planning a team event after their busy Christmas period. It’s sure to be a well-deserved celebration!
“We would like to thank all the judges and everyone in Business Cork for organising these awards. The event last Saturday night was so well organised and run with so many live bands and entertainment to ensure all the guests were well entertained for the night. We had an absolute ball at the event and danced to the early hours of the morning!
The restaurant also underwent a rather extensive refurbishment process in the last year. “The Cornstore has regained its authentic design with a new Parisian feel with the introduction or marble table tops, cool velvet seating in a range of vibrant colours, heavy drapes, interesting wall art, all of which is well received and appreciated by our customers.”
It’s this level of thought put into the customer experience that makes the Cornstore such an incredible restaurant. The renovation also included the creation of a brand new private dining area, created specifically for their large corporate client base, “which is surrounded by heavy drapes to create a more private atmosphere.” They even designed more private booths for parties or the perfect date night!
“We also have constructed a new outdoor heated seating area, which customers love to use in these nice Autumnal days to enjoy a cocktail sitting outside on the terrace.”
