Chef Adrian Martin is looking for you to get your aprons on and enter the All-Ireland Home Cook Competition and become The All Ireland Home Cook Champion 2023.
The competition has 2 categories; Junior for Secondary school students and Senior for over 18 years.
Entry is open to residents of the 32 counties of Ireland. Entrants must not have worked in a professional kitchen as a chef or cook for ten years previous.
Competitors will cook off at one of the qualifier shows, with the winners qualifying for the All Ireland Final in their age category. Contestants will have 45 minutes to cook a main course of their choice live, at one of the participating shows from The 2023 Irish Shows Association calendar.
