On Thursday 2nd and Friday 3rd June, the students and the Moms and Dads of CADA Performing Arts will be shaking it off with dance and moves which will be “Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger” to make any audience jump up and down. A “Little Party” with different types of dance, Commercial, Modern, Tap, Ballet, Creative work and soloists – to highlight our “Future Stars” of stage and film. In this world of “Gaming of survival” where wellbeing is paramount for our mental and physical health – dancing helps to stay physically and mentally fit. A teenage dance class in the Academy said “Dance express ourselves in a visually beautiful way” Yes, dancing regularly can improve your general wellbeing, boosts your self- esteem and improves your social skills – a recipe to “Run the World, Girls” and boys
Martha Graham once said “Nobody cares if you can’t dance well. Just get up and dance. Great dancers are great because of their passion” Passion, love, creativity and sharing their skills with an audience are;
