Last week, on Wednesday 31st January, Network Ireland West Cork hosted a dynamic and empowering event at the stunning Atkins Hall in Dunmanway with Virginia Foley from Up She Rises. The event was attended by over 70 solopreneurs and business people working throughout West Cork and Cork City.
Speaking about the successful event, Network Ireland West Cork President, Sandra Maybury said:
For our first event of 2024, I couldn’t think of a better way to start the year off. Virginia was amazing, she spoke honestly and openly, which was inspiring and motivating. I hope all those ladies who attended now have the confidence and self-belief to find their own gold! It was a fabulous event and we were delighted to see so many women from all across Cork County making valuable connections.

Whether you’re seeking to enhance your performance within a corporate setting or looking to elevate your entrepreneurial ventures, I was delighted to host this talk with Network Ireland West Cork. Over 70 inspiring people joined us and the room was full of inspiring stories. It was wonderful to be in a room full of women who were so tuned in and receptive. There is such a lovely warmth and energy within the West Cork community that I certainly felt last night.
