Hayfield Manor’s Summer Start Event took place on Friday June 1st with a Mind, Body & Soul Breakfast. Guests enjoyed an array of delicious and healthy treats in the conservatory style Perrotts Garden Bistro while enjoying musical entertainment. The morning offered insights for industrious working women with mindfulness expert Jean Noonan of Anam Solas Yoga, fitness & nutritional expert Gillian O’Sullivan and motivational business mentor, Barbara Nugent as the wonderful guest speakers. Attendees were also treated to a fantastic fashion show from the team at Brown Thomas along with a make-up demonstration from NARS offering advice on how to easily transform your office look into evening elegance. It was a fantastic way to begin the day and kick-start the summer season.
